Pasta any shape, toasted pine nuts, green and black olives, arugula, sun dried tomatoes, capers, sliced garlic, olive oil, splash of red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. I warm the olive oil, garlic, capers, olives and sun dried tomato together and splash in some pasta cooking water. Dress the arugula with salt pepper olive oil and splash of vinegar and toss all. Maybe at some Parmesan at end. Serve warm or room temp.
