Boil a whole bunch of chopped kale, bring it out so it looks like an eighth of the size it was, and cook it on low in a bath of chile, garlic, and typically onions and rosemary (though Ali Slagle didn't have them this time around). Her batch is headed to the top of an omelet. Not a bad spot for wilty kale.
