Herb crusted salmon on a bed of salt. Layer coarse salt on the bottom of your baking dish. Place salmon carefully on top, skin side down. Sprinkle over generously with any herbs you have lying around (this has parsley, chives and tarragon), coarsely ground fennel seeds (essential), salt and pepper. Bake till just done - over cooking is the only way to ruin this recipe!! #quickestpartydish
