Pasta salad with fish fillet.
Dice In to cubes: 1 cucumber + 2 tomatoes + 1 onion + 2 cloves of Garlic + 1 habanero chili + a handful of coriander + a squeeze of 1 lemon + 2 fish fillets precooked or baked. Shred your fish fillet so it mixes well.
2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise + 1 table spoon of tomato sauce + a pinch of salt and Pepper.
Depending on how you like your onions, I sautéed them for 2 mins, then added the garlic to soften it up.
Mix everything together .
