SIMPLE SALMON SOBA
1) put soba noodles and seaweed into boiling water and leave for 5 mins. Rinse under cold water in a colander and put in a bowl.
2) fry up salmon in some olive oil and lemon juice, 2-3 minutes on each air until pink but not dry. put on top of the noodles.
3) mix ramen spice mix and boiling water. add edamame beans. pour over noodles and salmon. add a bit of salt and pickled ginger.
