Lunch quick beef and pepper stir fry with rice, steamed broccoli drizzled with toasted sesame oil and sesame seeds snd a 1 hour radish and shallot pickle. I get the beef in strips for fajita, coat with corn flour, slice peppers in strips and thinly slice an onion. Heat neutral oil with a few drops of sesame oil and add onion cook until soft, add pepper and minced ginger cook another few minutes it will soften remove from pan and set aside. Fry the meat less than a minute in each side just until lightly browned on high heat, add pepper and onion back to the pan along with a little soy sauce and a splash of sesame oil. Remove from heat serve with rice and vegetable and I served with a quick radish and shallot pickle on the side.
