Salad of lots of charred baby zucchini and a little pasta -- with lots of good supporting players (basil-pistachio pesto, capers, torn mozzarella). For the zucchini, I seared them in a carbon-steel pan in olive oil until charred and tender, then marinated them in pesto for about an hour (a nod to the Genius marinated zucchini on Food52). Really good. #weeknightcooking #pasta
