Fried squash blossom! Mix ricotta with basil, mint, lemon zest, s&p and fill each blossom with this mixture. Heat oil to 350 and mix 1/2 cup flour with some salt and 8 oz seltzer (club soda or beer works too) gently dip each blossom in batter and then fry till crispy and light brown - 3 minutes. Place on towel and sprinkle with salt.
