Fava Bean and Prawn Stir Fry
Heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil over MEDIUM HIGH in a skillet or wok. Add about 1 pound of prawns (peeled and deveined) and a tablespoon of sambal. Cook for about 4 minutes and remove prawns from heat. In the same pan add 1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger, 1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic, fava beans, asparagus and toss together. Sauté for four minute and add 1 tablespoon of soya sauce. Reduce the sauce for a few minutes, add the prawns back and toss everything together. Serve over rice, squeeze some like on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
