Split pea and chive dumplings
In a food processor, pulse cooked split peas, a bit of coconut milk, a load of chives, garlic, and salt until it forms a paste. Seal up in wonton wrappers and cook pot-sticker style: first browning the bottoms in a skillet and then adding water and covering to steam through.
