When hunger strikes I turn to my freezer! When I make a trip to the deli I always grab some extra slices of pepperoni to freeze for those late night pizza cravings! Sometimes it's also about the improvisation ... Two bakery hotdog buns split in half serve as my crust for this pepperoni pizza! Add a drizzle of olive oil some garlic powder and dried oregano to the meat and crust of each bun! Top with your favorite red pizza sauce (Classico is my go to) arrange your pepperoni slices and top generously with shredded mozzarella! Sprinkle with more oregano and garlic and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet under your ovens broiler until your cheese is bubbly!
