Roasted chickpeas:

Per 15oz can of chickpeas, drain and rinse the chickpeas, mix with one table spoon olive oil, mix with spices of choices shown here: 1 1/3 tsp cumin, 1 1/3 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp Tony's creole seasoning

Roast in a 400° oven 30-45 mins or until crispy
