My favorite smoothie! Throw together some frozen bananas, a handful of frozen blueberries, almond milk, a spoon of almond butter, and a dash of nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Optional to add a diced up medjool date for more sweetness. Blend together, adding more almond milk if necessary. Add a fun straw and you're done!
