My first attempt at making Lemon meringue pie. Four eggs (whites) only six tbsp powdered sugar, blend with hand mixer on med/high until firm peaks. Add lemon curd that was set aside to pre-baked crust. Plop on the meringue and bake 375• for ten mins. You'll get this lovely golden color.... Enjoy on a nice summer day! ?
