Rhubarb and strawberry hand pies

1cup of strawberries and rhubarb 1 cup of water 1/4 cup of cornstarch 1/2 cup of sugar and tablespoon of brown sugar.

Preheat to 350
Combined the water and cornstarch and which while on med heat. Add the sugars once the mixture starts to boil. After 1-2 minutes add the fruit. Cook for about 4 min. Pour mixture into a bowl and place in fridge to let cool.

Using a bowl. Cut four circle out of the pie dough. After 10 min take the berry mix out and spoon a small amount into the center of each and fold each dough in half. Seal each pie with a fork and cut a small openings into each pie. Using egg white, brush egg white on each pie. Place pies into the oven for about twenty minutes. Let cool once done and enjoy??
