Fry whisked eggs with red chilli on high heat. Stir it around with a spoon so that egg is broken into little pieces. Push to a side and then fry rice in a little ground nut oil. Allow the rice grains to crisp a little. Then thrown in a drained can of sweet corn and some edamame. Garnish with crushed peanuts and a generous squiggle of sriracha. Eat.
