Local bass seared then cooked through in a pan (too much rain to grill!). Marinated in cilantro, parsley, garlic, jalapeño, and olive oil. Simple salad with farm lettuce, gherkin cucumbers and avocado. Shallot Dijon vinaigrette. Mmmm. Oh and wine.
