Surprise! Found some really nice grouper in New England! Dusted it with chile powder, turmeric, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper & then pan seared. Served over bed of polenta made with chicken stock & smoked Gouda. Needed a veg, so made some "ratatouille": today, sautéed green beans, zucchini, onions and tomatoes, with a little grated Parmesan thrown in at the end for good measure. Yum! Leisurely Friday night dinner!!
