Blueberry, Blackberry & Plum Pie ?
So many delicious summer fruits; couldn't choose just one. Difficulty of summer pie baking is a hot house and pie making don't mix. Kept putting the crust back in the freezer between mixing, chilling, rolling and decorating...well, would hardly call this decorating, but where it lacks in style it should make up for it taste;)
Filling: about 4 cups blueberries, handful of blackberries and a couple plums mixed with about 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons corn starch.
Crust: All Buttah Pie Dough ⬇️
Baked: 450 first 10 minutes then reduced heat to 350 for about 45 minutes. Enjoy with ice cream!
