Roasted strawberries are the new blistered tomatoes, at least according to Ali Slagle. She roasted her strawbs that were one day too ripe with maple syrup, vanilla, olive oil, and salt, like Heidi told her to (link below). Then, a very good breakfast is close: spoon the strawbs onto yogurt, and toast quinoa in a hot, dry pan.
