Make a simple vinaigrette: Finely chop 1 clove garlic; 1 shallot. Add to jar with extra virgin olive oil, few tablespoons red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Shake and adjust seasonings. Grill up some peach slices. Put on top baby greens; add a few fresh torn basil leaves, torn prosciutto and mozzarella. Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve! Happy Summer!! ???
