Panna cotta with raspberry sauce and fresh raspberries. A take on Ina Garten's recipe. Less sugar and heavy cream, more yogurt, juice from one lemon, vanilla extract and vanilla bean. Raspberry sauce made with 1/4 sugar and 1.5 pints fresh raspberries. Refrigerate for 24 hours and you've got a light summer dessert.
