This morning I put a poached egg in my gazpacho (tomato, cucumber, green pepper, onion, soaked bread, garlic, evoo). Garnished it with half-hot paprika, extra drizzle of evoo, diced veg, black pepper. Truly it needed a crunchy slice of grilled sourdough, but I'm jet lagged lazy and living off my giant batch of gazpacho (Spanish nostalgia) for a couple of days...amen.
