Basil and fresh mozzarella stuffed squash blossoms: usually we batter and fry these, but I always miss out on the actual taste of the flower. Instead, this time we pan fried them with no coating. Just a small amount of fresh mozzarella and a few basil leaves inside. It was perfect.
