Store bought puff pastry dough rolled out into a rectangle and place on a baking sheet covered in parchment / in a large bowl mix 2 pints fresh blueberries w 1/3 C sugar 2 T corn starch and juice from half a lemon / Mix thoroughly / Place blueberries in the middle of the dough and gently fold up the sides to resemble a circle / brush the crust w egg white / sprinkle crust w turbinado sugar/ dot the blueberries w 1 T butter / bake for 30 min at 375. But oven time varies. Allow the crostata to cool a bit to reabsorb the juices. Serve w whip cream or ice cream of your choice.
