Fridge of July Nachos: Asses what vegetables made it past grill madness (in our editor Amanda's case, a red onion, garlic clove, and head of pok choi, all finely chopped) and cook them down in salty olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Remove once soft. Add cubed leftover grill meat (steak, chicken thigh) till warm, then layer everything over the end of a bag of corn chips. Top with any cheese you have, add raw veg like radish and avocado tossed in lime juice over top. Cholula. Eat with spoons, then go outside and watch the fireworks. ?
