Yes it can!! Sauté the greens with garlic and olive oil (I know, that's what everyone does, but it works!). Add chicken stock (or veggie, but chic works better if you have no objection) and hot pepper flakes. When nearly to your desired doneness add sliced strawberries and stir....if you have any blue cheese---scatter on top when finished.
Inspired by a plate of French fries I had once with blue cheese and provolone melted on top, served with habanero strawberry "jam" for dipping. Good luck!!
