Two Step Peach Pound Cake
2 1/2 cups chopped fresh peaches
6 eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups sugar
2 cups softened butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup peach schnapps

Preheat oven to 325 degrees f.
Spray 10 inch tube pan /nonstick spray
In order listed, put all the ingredients in large mixer and mix 1 min.
Scrape pan and mix again for 2 min.
Bake 1 hour and 35 min.
Glaze the top with your favorite cream cheese glaze.
