Harissa Cauliflower with Almonds
Slice cauliflower into 1/4-1/2" slices and Sautee over med/high heat in olive oil until edges caramelize (allow it to really heat up, and do not stir or touch it for the first 5 minutes). Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper and toss in slivered almonds. Spoon in a few Tbs of Harissa (depending on spice/heat level) and toss over heat until coated. Sprinkle with some chopped cilantro and eat!
