Sichuan green beans :

Blanch green beans in hot water for 3-5 minutes and drain.
Sauté shallots and garlic in a little oil, add soy sauce, dried chilli flakes, sesame oil, and salt. Add the blanched beans and mix through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve!
