Something so un-nameably satisfying about baking a loaf of sourdough. This is Chad Robertson's sunflower-flaxseed bread from Tartine 3. 85% hydration. It took me quite a few fails to get the hang of Tartine's high hydration doughs, but SO worth persevering! Fails make good bread crumbs anyway ;-).
