I have been playing around with a couple of things, spoon bread especially but also melty cheese and how to make it. Spoon bread is the perfect foil for all kinds of things, cheese, mushrooms, corn, and like this one, Swiss chard. The melty cheddar is a whole other thing. I have been using melting salts (the sodium salts that make American cheese, well, American) to make a smooth melting cheddar sauce. #breakfastfordinner #eggs #dinner
