Ahi Tuna marinated with soy sauce (tamari) ginger, garlic and maple syrup. (Three pigs Farm). Grill and slice. "Cole slaw" green and red cabbage, thinly sliced red onion, thinly sliced red pepper, shredded carrot, slivered scallions, blanched sliced snow peas., cilantro. Vinaigrette of soy sauce, tahini (soom) rice vinegar, minced ginger, garlic, maple syrup (Three Pigs Farm) and a touch of garlic....whirled in a blender.
Layer a large lettuce leaf (from my garden) with Cole slaw mixture. Top with sliced tuna and then sprinkle with chopped, salted peanuts..
