Picnic season is definitely a favorite. I rubbed lamb ribs with loads of toasted & ground cumin, some cayenne, smoked paprika, coffee, brown sugar, coriander, and s&p, let it sit for a day or two in the fridge, uncovered, and then slow roasted them until the meat formed a terrific crust and was fall-apart tender. Here, paired with a favorite mustardy potato salad and foraged elderflower cordial.
