This dish was inspired by talking to chefs at Padella and it tasted so good! Plus it's really quick and simple to make!
Fry some #pancetta in a pan with some olive oil, add sliced #mushrooms and then once they're nearly cooked grate some #courgette into the pan. Then grate some #parmesan or #pecorino and stir, season. Whilst you're doing this be boiling your #pasta until it's al dente then add the pasta to the pan with the ingredients add some butter and a little pasta water and stir until you have a silky sauce serve with extra pepper and parmesan or pecorino
