Cook in low heat red onions, garlic with few spray of coconut oil. After it gets golden add your red salmon tuna and cook it again in low heat for another 5 minutes finally add 1 whole egg and one egg white and season it how you like it ( I seasoned mine with hot red sauce and Italian herbs) with a big spoon of salsa!
Finally spread them all in your lettus wraps and serve it with cinnamon, coriander butternut squash!
