A tip from our creative director Kristen: If you start your slow-scrambled eggs (link below) with slow-cooked leeks, your eggs will end up surprisingly sweet. But if you spoon it on top of buttered toast and serve it with bacon and cherries, it will be a pretty okay breakfast anyhow.
