Whole wheat English muffins.
Mix yeast and water, add butter, yogurt, milk ,honey and salt. Add flour and baking soda. Let rise 1- 2 hours. Scoop dough onto hot griddle. Cook till brown on bottom, flip and cook till brown. Bake in 350 oven, 6-9 minutes. Split, toast, butter and enjoy!

I followed the recipe from cooking.nytimes.com by Melissa Clark. I doubled the recipe, used 3 teaspoons of yeast and extra honey. Also baked them a little longer.
