CSA special ratatouille bake! Mix tomato sauce with garlic, salt, pepper, herbs de Provence, and chopped fresh basil. Spread into baking dish. Slice zucchini, summer yellow squash, sweet onions, and tomatoes, and line up in pan. Bake at 350 for about an hour. Top with feta and protein of choice (eggs and chickpeas are both delicious)!
