Fresh tomato pasta and bruschetta sauce.
Thanks AntoniaJames for the inspiration of a no cook pasta sauce! I had lots of very ripe beefsteak tomatoes, cut them into bite size chunks, added chopped basil, minced garlic and chopped kalamata olives. Mixed it together in the glass bowl you see, added salt, pepper and a little olive oil and let it sit for a few hours. Cooked up al dente whole wheat spaghetti and tossed it all together. All that is needed is grated Parmesan! I've made this No Recipe with toasted sliced baguettes for bruschetta...both are delicious.
