Ok every time I make a Dutch baby pancake I wonder why I don't make them all the time. Perfect combination of dead simple, beautiful and delicious. 2 eggs, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup milk, some salt, and I added a good bit of vanilla and some chopped nectarines to the batter. Heat a lot of butter in a pan, add the patter, and cook it all at 400 until puffed and gorgeous. Topped with more nectarines and powdered sugar. You could take this in so many directions, including savory. #brunch
