CSA special galette! Roast sliced zucchini, tomatoes, summer squash, and sweet onions topped with herbs de Provence at 425 for about 20 minutes. Roll out a homemade or prepared dough, add slices of fresh mozzarella, and layer veggies. Sprinkle fresh basil and herbs de Provence on top and fold edges in. You can use an egg wash on the crust but not necessary. Bake for 30 minutes at 425, let stand for 10, and enjoy!
