Peaches & Cream & Blackberry Popsicles

Fat free, healthy, and refreshing summer sweet treat. Basically a smoothie in popsicle form. Takes like 5 minutes to make, not counting freeze time. Also great to add booze to them for an "adult popsicle".

Peach & Blackberry Mixture:
3 medium ripe peaches, peeled and cut into chunks
1/8 cup water (more if necessary to blend peaches; it depends on the amount of juice in the fruit)
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons agave (optional, use if peaches aren't sweet enough)
3 oz. frozen blackberries, crushed into bits

"Cream" Mixture:
Zest of 1 lime
1 cup kefir, unsweetened and plain flavor
2 tablespoons agave

Put everything from the "peaches" ingredient list except the blackberries into a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.

Mix all the ingredients for the "cream" together.

Later the crushed blackberries into your popsicle mold and pour peach mixture over it. Let freeze a few minutes before topping off with the cream mixture.

Enjoy! Makes about 8 popsicles (obviously deep ding upon the size of your molds).
