Stone Fruit Tart in Shortbread Crust

1 stick cold butter
2/3 sugar
1 egg
2 cup flour

Fork together or use pastry cutter. Keep cool while making filling

3-4 lbs various stone fruits (nectarines, apriums, and peaches above)
Blueberries for good measure
1/4 cup sugar or honey

Spread dough in metal pie pan or tart pan. Pour or fan in fruit.

Bake at 350 for 45-60 mins, or until golden brown
