Tried out black bean noodles.
- Just threw together veggies in coconut oil.
- Then added a dressing of peanut butter, white miso, tamari, water, and rice vinegar. Just a dash of the vinegar and not too much water. It should still be a little thick.
-Add to stir fry.
-Cook noodles separately then mix when ready to serve.
Some chopped chilies really boosted the flavor!
