1 1/2 cups of blueberries (you can do this when your bushes are giving you 4 - 5 quarts for the picking any day that you have the time), a cup of yogurt, a spoonful of orange juice concentrate for brightness*, a splash of almond milk, and half a banana to thicken it up a bit. Used an immersion blender for this.

*Did you know that OJ concentrate tastes so good because it’s mostly orange peel? John McPhee did a great series on long reads on this years ago in “The New Yorker.” I believe those pieces were compiled in a book.
