Massachusetts farmers market was pretty spring-y this weekend, so dinner tonight was: kamut, snap peas (lightly blanched), breakfast radishes, feta, shallot, mint, basil, lemon juice, olive oil. I added some pine nuts and Aleppo pepper after the picture was taken.
