Breakfast smoothie: 1 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup of almond milk, about a tablespoon each of cocoa powder and orange juice concentrate (You know it's mostly orange peel, don't you?), and a partially frozen banana. I cut the banana into pieces before going to the gym, pop them in the freezer, and when I come back, they're just right. ;o)
