Almond bars. In a food processor add almonds, raw almond butter, flaxseed meal,unsweetened shredded coconut, whey protein powder, sea-salt and pulse briefly. Melt coconut oil over low heat. Remove coconut oil from stove; stir stevia, vanilla to oil. Then add to the ingredients in the food processor pulse until ingredients form a paste.
Place in refrigerator for an hour. Then melt stevia chocolate bar with a pinch of cinnamon. Pour over the almond bar and enjoy.
