The most perfect, simple #summer #dinner. While you put the water on to boil, combine chopped tomatoes (best to use very good ones--there aren't too many ingredients in this one), some salt, a clove of garlic, pressed, and some fresh mozzarella. These will marinate and combine while the pasta cooks. Once the noodles are done, dump them into your bowl and add a bunch of basil. That's it! We added some spinach this time since we didn't feel like making a salad. It doesn't feel like summer until we make this for dinner.
